Gather ingredients: @veggie stock concentrate{1%unit}, @sour cream{1%tbsp}, @jasmine rice{1%cup}, @peas{1%cup}, @cumin{1%tsp}, @shrimp{8%oz}, @yogurt{½%cup}, @shawarma spice blend{1%unit}, @cauliflower florets{10%oz}, @garlic powder{1%tsp}, @cilantro{3%sprigs}, @sliced almonds{1%tbsp}, @salt{1%tsp}, @cooking oil{2%tbsp}, @butter{1%tbsp}, and @black pepper{1%tsp}.

In a #small pot{}, combine jasmine rice, half the stock concentrate, ¾ cup water, and a big pinch of salt. Bring to a boil, then cover and reduce to a low simmer. Cook until rice is tender ~{15%minutes}. Keep covered off heat until ready to serve.

While rice cooks, wash and dry produce. Roughly chop cauliflower into bite-size pieces.

While cauliflower cooks, roughly chop cilantro.

Fluff rice with a fork. Taste and season with salt and pepper if desired.
